The Graduate

Some of you will recognise Wayne, one of the photographers working with me. Yeah, I know he looks a little younger here, and there’s a reason for that. This was pre beard, and it was eighteen months ago when he qualified.

Bridal Portraits With One Light

This was from Lee and Hannah’s wedding in July 2014. I was fascinated by Hannah’s quite arresting gaze, and had the idea for this particular image from early in the day. It’s actually lit by a single light source, boomed above me. Access was a little tight, as there is a piano between the couple and me. As you do.

A Mini Adventure

Lloyd Mini in Colne have been clients and good friends for quite some time. A little while ago we were contacted by the manager, Matt, and asked to photograph the latest released Mini with the intention of having the image on a wall in the handover bay. I asked what he would like, and his answer was “Something interesting”.

Studio Fashion Photography with Adnan Bayyat

After spending most of the day shooting fashion on location for Adnan Bayyat, we then started work on the Couture collection at the studio, and there was an awful lot of it too. It was certainly going to be a long day. All the collections needed to be photographed in one day, as the London Fashion Week with Fashions Finest was looming.

Product Photography Interview for Cabinet Maker Magazine

In the summer of 2014, I was contacted by Cabinet Maker magazine with a request for an interview regarding product photography in relation to the furniture industry. This started a flurry of activity as we quickly shot a number of images specifically for the article, ahead of the interview. We wanted to sow a range of styles and locations, mainly to show our flexibility.
